Grey Beaches
Katie and I met through the poetry community over at deviantArt. We discovered a shared appreciation for grey beaches, amongst other things, and in spring/summer of 2009 (which down in New Zealand would have been autumn/winter) we began writing a series of poems, inspired (in theory, at least) by beaches we had visited recently.
She has contributed lyrics to some of my musical ventures, and we have since written several other collections together. Our collaborative work can be found at amper-sanded.tumblr.com.
